Cinco de Mayo is the Mexican celebration that happens on May 5th to celebrate their victory in the Battle of Puebla. To many in the U.S., it’s an excuse to dine on delicious Mexican food and of course, drink margaritas. If you’re celebrating your heritage or would like to throw a Cinco de Mayo party, here are some thematic recipes that will keep everyone satisfied.
