Orders ship fast. Sometimes same day, but if not, they almost always ship in 1 business day. When an order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once you receive that number you should be able to track the exact location and estimated delivery date of your order within a few hours.

Processing Time and Shipping Rates
Orders ship fast. Sometimes same day, but if not, they almost always ship in 1 business day. Please allow two business days to process your order when selecting a shipping method and timeframe.
To help ensure a speedy and accurate delivery, be sure the shipping address you have entered is correct. Candy Direct will not be responsible for delivery failures in the case of incorrect data entry. All costs to re-ship an order that was misdirected as a result of an incorrect address will be borne by the customer.
Remember, fulfillment of your order may depend on the seasonality of the product and our available stock. In addition, if you pay by check or money order, we will not ship your order until we have received good funds.
The shipping timeframe in the shopping cart is an estimated date of shipping and arrival.
IF YOUR ORDER IS TIME-SENSITIVE YOU MUST NOTIFY US OF THAT FACT by email or phone.
We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) using our secure online checkout. We also accept secure payments using PayPal and Amazon Pay. At this time, we do not accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, or international credit cards.
When placing chocolate or taffy orders we recommend expedited shipping of 2-days or faster. Please do not choose ground shipping during the summer months for chocolate, taffy or other highly perishable candy products. Please consider and evaluate the weather and temperature at your receiving location before placing an order for candy that may not survive the transit. In order to best protect temperature sensitive candy, we recommend customers upgrade to an insulated shipping box.
We will include ice packs in summer months free of charge on expedited orders only. We cannot be responsible for melted product. Plan to be home to receive your delivery to safeguard your purchase. Check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if something about your order is amiss.
We DO ship to Canada via UPS. However, we cannot ship to Canadian PO Boxes, nor do we ship to APO addresses. Our shipping and handling charges for Canadian orders do not include taxes, duties or brokerage fees. These taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We do not ship to other countries outside the continental United States except by special arrangement.
Candy Direct reserves the right to select an alternative shipping carrier depending on the package size or destination of the order. chosen time to delivery however, will always be the priority.
Candy Direct, Inc. reserves the right to adjust shipping rates quoted in the shopping cart to account for miscalculations and errors in the carrier rate calculation tool. These miscalculations rarely occur due to oversize packaging and mismarking of residential addresses in the carrier's system.
Shipping rates will be calculated according to the weight and volume of the items ordered. We may from time to time, as a promotion or coupon code, offer special or free Ground Shipping rates, when shipped to one domestic address. Orders to multiple recipients will be charged separately for shipping according to the weight and value of each shipment. It is often possible to use your own carrier account if your order is over $75 and you would like a shipping method other than ground shipping.
SHIPPING PROMOTIONS DO NOT APPLY TO WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS.
Please note that deliveries can on rare occasions be delayed due to weather and other circumstances beyond our control. While we and our transportation partners will make every effort to deliver your order on the chosen date, delivery date selections cannot be 100% guaranteed.
We will send a confirmation email notice to the ordering party's email address as soon as your order ships. A tracking number will be provided in that email for all shipments.
Due to the perishability of candy and to comply with FDA policy, CandyDirect.com cannot accept any returns on candy / edible products. We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly.
Defective or broken products can be re-sent or the customer can be refunded. We cannot be held responsible for melting of any meltable products if they were sent via a shipping method that is NOT expedited. Free Ice packs are included in warm weather months on expedited orders only. We cannot be held responsible for breakage of fragile products during shipping.
If you would like to return any products, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt of your order. The receipt date will be verified by the shipping company's tracking information. Returned products packaging should be un-opened. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping the items back to our returns department.
Some items cannot be returned. There are certain items and circumstances in which we do not permit candy returns. Please be sure to check each item before ordering to see that there are no returns restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse a return at all times.
