All returns must be pre-approved by contacting our customer service representatives at: (619) 216-0116, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM PST or by writing to us at service@candydirect.com. We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned candy.

All return claims must be received within 10 days of your order receipt as determined by UPS or Postal Service tracking numbers. Special orders and toy products cannot be returned. Candy Direct, Inc will refund the cost of your candy less shipping charges when it's received in an unopened and new condition. Candy Direct, Inc is not responsible for the cost of shipping back to our warehouse unless the product was defective or was not what you ordered.

When placing chocolate or taffy orders we recommend expedited shipping of 3-day or faster. Please do not choose ground shipping during the summer months for chocolate or taffy. We include free ice packs for chocolate and other delicate products to protect your shipment but we cannot be responsible for melted product that was not expedited.
